Read first

• Since 1st May, only standard tickets, priced at 355€, are available to all interested participants until the event reaches its maximum capacity. All other tickets are no longer available.
• Children aged 12 and over are welcome to attend. However, they are subject to the same participation conditions as all other attendees, and no reduced ticket price applies.
• Each ticket is valid for one named participant only. The participant’s name must be provided at the time of purchase. For this reason, we recommend that each attendee purchases their own ticket individually rather than one person buying tickets for a group. No group discount is available.
• We are unfortunately unable to offer additional discounts. As a volunteer-run event, we have set ticket prices as carefully as possible to keep them affordable while covering essential costs. For this reason, we are unable to offer additional discounts.

Event ticket types

Regular Ticket
Regular tickets, priced at 355€, are opened to all interested participants until the event reaches full capacity.

EVP Registered Member Ticket are SOLD OUT
Are you a registered member of the European Visual Practitioners (EVP) as of 31/12/2025?
Then the EVP ticket, priced at 277€, is designed for you.
These tickets are available until 30 April 2026, or until all places have been allocated.

Early Bird Ticket are SOLD OUT
Have you previously taken part in International Sketchnote Camps or EVP events?
If so, you may request one of the 50 Early Bird tickets, priced at 303€.
These tickets are available until 30 April 2026, or until all places have been allocated.

What is included in your event ticket?

• Full event access – “Beyond visuals” ISC26IT-EVP26IT event (31 July-2 August 2026)
• Breakout session opportunity – propose and lead a workshop or session during the BarCamp slots (subject to availability)
• 4 hosted coffee breaks – bar service with freshly prepared coffee, cappuccino, and more
• Continuous self-service coffee stand, fruit, and cookies – open from the start to the end of each day
• Saturday lunch
• Water fountains – part of our eco-friendly approach, we ask participants to bring their own water bottle
• Guided city tour on Saturday (in English)
• Italian ice cream (gelato) from an artisan ice cream maker in Verona city centre (to be enjoyed at your leisure during your stay)
• Lodging and transportation are not included

Tickets for meals (optional)

Saturday dinner: the sale is closed!
Would you like to join us for dinner at Pizzeria Da Pino on Saturday evening, 1st of August? You can reserve an optional dinner ticket (26€) until midnight on 21 July on the ticketing platform.

This includes a typical Italian appetizer with vegetables, a pizza of your choice from the menu, a dessert of your choice, and half a liter of water. Any extras ordered must be paid for on site.

Vegans can order pizzas with vegetables and mushrooms. Salads (insalatone) are also available.

Sunday lunch : the sale is closed!
Would you like to join us for lunch on-site at the event venue on Sunday, 2nd of August? You can reserve an optional lunch ticket (21€) until midnight on 12 July on the ticketing platform.

This includes eggplant parmigiana with lactose-free mozzarella, chicory and broad beans, panna cotta and jam (parmigiana di melanzane con mozzarella delattosata, cicoria e fave, panna cotta e marmellata)

Cancellation terms

We understand that plans can sometimes change. The following cancellation conditions help us organise the event while remaining as fair as possible to all participants.

• Cancellation from 7 July 2026 onwards: At this stage, event commitments are already finalised, and refunds are no longer possible.
• Cancellation between 1 May 2026 and 6 July 2026 [no longer applicable]: You will receive a refund of 50% of the ticket price.
• Cancellation before 1 May 2026 [no longer applicable]: You will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
• If you are unable to attend, a substitute member of the community is always welcome. You can change the name on your ticket yourself through the ticket sales platform. Alternatively, you can email us at beyondvisualsvr2026@gmail.com and we will update the name for you. Please note that name changes remain subject to the criteria related to the type of ticket.
• The organisers are not able to reimburse you for any other costs like travel or accommodation.
• If the event is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the organisers, the latter will decide for a partial or full refund, or no refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, state announcements, strikes, delays from our contractors, and the like. The decision of the organisers will be considered final.

Data protection

• Details of the participants will be kept on our records, but we will not share your contact details with anyone and we will not contact you about anything other than the event you’re booked to attend; unless you have indicated otherwise.
• The participants list will not be used for overt selling, either during or after the event.
• On the days of the event the participant name will be shared with attendees to facilitate networking and as an opportunity to make connections.
