Federica Tabone – Organiser and host
Federica Tabone has been an Organizational Psychologist since 2003 and a Graphic Recorder since 2013. Through her proprietary method Visual Psychology®, she combines these two professions, transforming coaching conversations and group dynamics into visual syntheses. Over more than twenty years of practice, she has worked with over 6,000 people in team coaching and blended learning programs, delivered more than 150 visual coaching journeys, and collaborated with over 100 companies. She earned a Master’s degree in Systemic Group Therapy in 2015 and has been an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Padova since 2020.
Claudio Nichele – Organiser and host
Claudio has been a visual thinker, sketchnoter and graphic recorder for many years, first in the private sector and, for the past 24 years, within the European institutions. At the European Commission, he supports organisational change by bringing together participatory facilitation, creativity and visual thinking. He enjoys helping colleagues and teams make sense of change, design new ways of working and embrace fresh perspectives. His approach combines facilitation, communication, training and graphic facilitation to encourage meaningful and lasting change.
